4. Adventure Activities & Safety

Matu Luxe Adventure Resort offers a range of adventure activities including but not limited to the Glass Bridge, Skywalk, Zip Line, Zip Cycle, Human Gyro, Giant Swing, Sky Roller, 360° Cycle, Bungee Trampoline, Roller Coaster, Rocket Ejection, and Rope Course. Please read the following carefully:

All adventure activities involve an inherent element of physical risk. Participation is entirely at the guest's own risk.
Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our trained adventure staff at all times.
Participation in certain activities may be restricted based on age, weight, height, medical condition, or fitness level. Our team reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who does not meet safety requirements.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, pregnancy, heart conditions, or any other health concerns are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical practitioner before participating in any adventure activity.
Matu Luxe Adventure Resort, its staff, and its management shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in any adventure activity, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Guests may be required to sign a participation waiver prior to engaging in high-thrill activities.

5. Nature, Wildlife & Trekking Activities

Matu Luxe Adventure Resort is located in close proximity to the Dibang Wildlife Sanctuary and offers guided nature trails, wildlife excursions, birdwatching experiences, and trekking activities. The following applies to all such activities:

Wildlife sightings, including those of rare species such as the red panda, clouded leopard, and Mishmi Takin, cannot be guaranteed. The presence of wildlife is subject to natural behaviour, seasonal movement, and environmental conditions.
Nature trails and outdoor excursions are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled, modified, or postponed at the discretion of the resort management or guide in the interest of guest safety.
Guests are advised to follow all instructions given by nature guides and wildlife experts and to adhere to all sanctuary regulations and responsible eco-tourism practices.
Matu Luxe Adventure Resort shall not be held responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from encounters with wildlife, terrain hazards, or weather-related events during nature activities.

6. Travel to Arunachal Pradesh — Inner Line Permit

Arunachal Pradesh is a protected area under the Bengal Eastern Frontier Regulation, 1873. All Indian nationals (except those from Arunachal Pradesh and certain other exempted states) and all foreign nationals require a valid Inner Line Permit (ILP) or Protected Area Permit (PAP) respectively prior to entering the state.

Matu Luxe Adventure Resort strongly advises all prospective guests to obtain the necessary permits well in advance of their planned travel dates. While our team is happy to provide general guidance, the responsibility of obtaining valid travel permits rests entirely with the guest. Matu Luxe Adventure Resort shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or inconvenience arising from a guest's failure to obtain the required permits.
