Overview

This is the itinerary we’d choose for ourselves. Five days is enough time to move through every register Matu Luxe has to offer — arrival calm, adrenaline, deep exploration, highland trekking, and a final night around the fire — without ever feeling rushed between them.

The Itinerary

1
Day 1 Arrival & Alpine Sunsets

Your journey begins with a private pick-up from Roing and a scenic drive up into the mystical Anini Valley. Settle in with welcome drinks and check-in at Matu Luxe, then head straight to high-tea overlooking the waterfall as the light turns gold, followed by dinner at the Grand Buffet.

2
Day 2 Thrills & Chills at the Resort

Start slow, with morning yoga and stretching by the waterfall, then spend the day however you like inside our Adventure Sports Park — the Glass Bridge, ziplines, and Zip Cycle are all yours to explore. In the afternoon, cool off with a swim in our Natural Waterfall Swimming Pool, and close the day with fine dining at the 2nd-floor Bar & Lounge.

3
Day 3 Deep Matu Valley Sightseeing

A full-day guided excursion into the deeper, less-travelled corners of Matu Valley — hidden streams, pine forests, and magnificent tribal viewpoints few visitors ever reach. Return to the resort for an evening of indoor gaming and gourmet dining.

4
Day 4 Highland Trekking & The Grand Cultural Night

Set out on a half-day light trek to the sweeping local grasslands, then return for a leisurely afternoon at the resort. As night falls, join the Grand Bonfire gathering — authentic local tribal and cultural live music, storytelling, and an open-air barbecue under the stars.

5
Day 5 Farewell to the Valley

A leisurely breakfast at the 1st-floor buffet, followed by a souvenir photo-session by the resort falls. Check out, and settle in for your private drop-off back to Roing.

Why Choose This Itinerary
